potatoes! (1 per person to be served)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil/spray
1 toothpick and a (small) bottle of Blair's Sudden Death sauce (available from http://www.deathsauce.com ) I suppose you could use Tabasco sauce, if you're a weakling. 1 Wash the potatoes, removing any eyes you find. You're not supposed to peel them, but you can if you want to.
2 Slice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
3 Apply some vegetable oil or spray to a frying pan and toss in the potatoes!
4 Cook them over medium heat until brown, adding the spices as you go. (Optional: If you're adding death sauce, I suggest you take a toothpick (YES! A toothpick, it's that hot!) and carefully get the tiniest bit on the end and apply to the potatoes.
5 When they're brown (or blackened, for those of us who can't cook very well), they're ready to eat!
